The NxNE Austin Board of Directors has approved Rev. Uchechi Francis Okafor for membership in our club. Uchechi has visited the NxNE Austin club several times and attended our club installation in June. He is originally from Nigeria and belonged to a Rotary Club there. He recently received the Philanthropic Service Award from the Rotary Club of Obowo. Uchechi is an associate pastor in his church here in Austin Texas and works with the department of disability services of Texas. He has lived in Austing for almost 10 years. If you have any questions or concerns about Uchechi, please let the board know. Otherwise, he will be inducted into the club in the next few weeks.
