On May 20th, 13 members of the club  held a 40 minute Zoom meeting. Everyone who participated enjoyed the fellowship.  This week we will have a speaker by Zoom at 12 noon.  Please look for an email with the link.
 
Our speaker is Jill Gonzalez, who is the Executive Director of the Women’s Storybook Project of Texas.  She began her career as a teacher and reading specialist and later moved into nonprofit management. She spent many years at BookSpring. Her passion is connecting children and families through books and believes in the power of stories to unite people.  Jill is not a native Texan. Born and raised in Wisconsin; She got here as soon as she could. Jill received her masters degree from U.T. Austin. She and her husband enjoy singing with the Round Rock Community Choir when they are not in quarantine.   Jill will be telling us all about the Women's Storybook Project of Texas.
