Paul Harris Fellow Day!

District Governor Melinda Osburn, District Foundation Chairman Rich Kaye, and former District Governor Hanspeter Tobler were on hand at the meeting of April 25 to award eight Paul Harris Fellowships to NXNE Rotarians Denis Cowhig PHF+1 (and his sister Cindy Carpenter Cowhig), Kevin Clement PHF+1, George Linial PHF+1, Ben Carssow PHF+1, Brad Meltzer PHF+1, Frank Ivy PHF+3, Dayle Baldauf PHF+4, and James Starr Major Donor ($10,000 lifetime).
