On March 28, the Rotary Club of Austin, NxNE hosted a vocational meeting at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union located at 11911 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78758, set up by Rotarian Frank Ivy. Marissa Coons, Direct of Business Development was our speaker and led us on the tour. Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union was started in 1952 and headquartered in Live Oak, Texas. The services they offer their members are:

- Real Estate (Commercial & Residential) Our very own member, Frank Ivy is the Senior Business Loan officer
The difference between banks and credit unions are banks are owned by investors for profit and credit unions are owned by the members and are managed by a board of directors. Essentially you have to be a member of an approved organization in order to be a member of RBFCU. i.e. schools, work, military affiliation, churches or geographical locations.
