March 21st Speaker - Dr. Kara Kockelman

Our March 21st speaker is Dr. Kara Kockelman from the University of Texas, who will be speaking to us about automated vehicles. Dr. Kockelman has a Ph.D. in engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. She has written numerous papers on transportation, traffic and automated vehicles.
