LuckyChaos Theater Projects - October 6, 2014
The speakers for last week's (October 6) meeting of the Rotary Club of Austin, NXNE were Leng Wong and Christine Hoang who told members and guests about the Lucky Chaos Theater Project.
Lucky Chaos Theater Project is a project of the Austin Asian American Arts Collective. Its mission is to promote original works by artists of Asian descent or works about the Asian American experience especially in performance and visual arts. Lucky Chaos Theater Project produces works by or about Asian Americans as well as other under-represented voices and topics. Its projects are stories from a different point of view and range from published works to original works including submissions from the community.
Leng Wong is the founder and producing director of LuckyChaos Theater.
Christine Hoang was a Producer, Writer, and Performer in Lucky Chaos Theater Projects' recent production of L.A.W. Lewd Asian Women.
