Ann Marie Ellis from the Rotary Club of Austin presented 2021-2022 President Rich Hill with a certificate of appreciation from Serbia for participating in global grant to provide $160,000 to build a COVID-19 testing lab in Serbia. The lab has now been built and has brought down hospitalizations and deaths in Serbia.
